This solar integrated green roof sits atop Wisconsin’s first market rate apartment building to receive LEED Platinum Certification. The Cuttings and Sedum Tile® green roof systems as well as the stormwater recycling system, contributed to 11 different LEED points. Additionally, the project is also the first project in Wisconsin to use recycled stormwater to irrigate a green roof.
